Protests, ridicule, satire and other incongruities - Pen on canvas paper.

During the last semester I've been doing pen drawings and 3D modeling in order to create a substance of work to be translated into sculpture. The drawings presented here derive from various inspiration following e.g. the research for my dissertation and the works of various resistance movements of the 20th century, ongoing political unrest in the UK and the occupy movement in London. The symbolic language used is that of authority and infinity, at the time I'm searching for similar sculptural means in order to express this three dimensionally.
